Shipping & Returns
We hope that you love all your online purchases but, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.
- We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 21 DAYS of your purchase date.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you exchange.
- ALL sales merchandise is none refundable/exchangeable. Please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail or call us with any concerns or questions regarding fit/sizing. We love to help!
- If you received a damaged item(s) and need to exchange it for the same item(s), or have a question about exchanging, please send us an email at [email protected]
- You are more than welcome to place your order online and pick it up in store if you are local or you may return your item in store for a full refund with the time allowed.
- Mail anything back to us within 30 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied returned back onto a merchandise card.
- Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your return in your email.
- Please include the original packing slip or order number with your item(s) when you mail back your returns.
